The ONE Network exists to connect churches and communities together to reach the one in need.
We believe every church has the potential to make a unique impact and influence in the communities they serve—and there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

WHY WE EXIST

Because the ONE matters. Matthew 18:12… Will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go look for the one that wandered off?

Everyone needs to hear and experience the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Because no church is meant to do this alone.

Because communities change—and the Church must be ready to meet the need with wisdom, unity, and love.

WHAT WE DO

We walk alongside churches to help them build ministries tailored to their communities.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution. What works in one neighborhood may not work in another. That’s why we help churches prayerfully align their mission with the unique makeup and needs of their community—so they can serve effectively, compassionately, and strategically.

GOVERNANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY

All ministries developed through this partnership will remain under the leadership and authority of the local church. Should a non-profit entity be established, the church will determine its structure and governance.

All funds raised through ministry initiatives will be managed and reported through the church or its affiliated non-profit, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with the church’s mission and financial integrity.

HOW WE PARTNER

Every church is on a different journey. With flexibility and intentionality, we partner to design, mentor, and implement ministries that reflect what God is calling each church to do.

Our process is built around four key components:

1. STRATEGY – What is the dream?

We begin by identifying the God-given vision for the church and the community it serves.

Learn the church's history and current capacity (leadership, congregational health, facility status).
Understand the needs of the community through demographics, other local ministries, and projected trends.
Clarify the church’s dreams and develop a practical plan to make them a reality.

2. STRUCTURE – What does the dream look like?

We help design a ministry model that fits your vision and your context.

Customize proven ministry models or design new structures as needed.
Define leadership roles, space, and financial requirements.
Develop a detailed, step-by-step implementation plan.

3. SUSTAINABILITY – How do we fund the dream?

A dream without funding is a wish. We help create pathways to lasting impact.

Develop a sustainable funding plan (not just short-term fundraising).
Assign clear leadership for financial development.
Build a realistic and actionable funding implementation plan.

4. SUPPORT – How do we grow together?

We foster a network of churches who support, encourage, and strengthen one another.

Connect churches with shared visions for prayer, resourcing, and fellowship.
Collaborate on funding opportunities.
Mobilize together in response to community crises.
